Sub: Leakages on Toilet Roof and untidy floor

We are writing to let you know that we are very dissatisfied with your maintenance service with regards to leakages from roof.

The toilet in office corridor has been leaking badly since last two weeks and the floors become wet, dirty and untidy during the office timings.

This letter is intended to form a written letter following up repeated verbal complaints we have made in person at the reception.

Please arrange for this to be repaired as soon as possible.

We look forward to hearing from you and look forward to the resolution of these problems at your earliest.

you should get the liquid rubber coatings which is a true DIY product. it is available on cheap rates and you can apply it by yourself.
